nitai spiro
With 15+ years of experience designing group employer benefit programs, Nitai Spiro, founder of Efferent Solutions, brings a multi-national background to assist a diverse range of clients creating custom solutions for all employer sizes in a variety of industries nationwide. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in upstate NY where he was a scholar athlete, 4-year starter, and captain of the men’s varsity basketball program. He went on to earn his MBA from San Diego State University. When he is not working, Nitai can be found participating in his many athletic interests so he can feel less guilty about indulging his sweet tooth, reading, traveling, and supporting various charitable programs.
